QWhat is included on the Bongo Party Bus?
A A thumping stereo system, bring your Ipod or use ours, some have wireless microphones, Chauvet laser lights that beat to the music, dance pole, plenty of floor space to move around and dance, bring your own drinks (we provide coolers and ice), Heat and AC, plenty of privacy!! QHow much does it cost to ride on the Bongo Party Bus?
A Bongo party Bus charges are similar to a limousine in that we charge by the hour. Our rates are dependant on pick up and drop off location, they can range from $100 to $250 an hour. WE do not apply 4 hour minimum for local Austin gigs... so if you just want a ride to a party destination and show up in style; or want us to pick you up from any event we can work on a package price !! QDo you only charge by the hour?
A Not necessarily....Give us an idea of what you want for your event and we can give you a package deal price.
QHow many people can ride on the Bongo Bus?
A Up to 23, we recommend no more than 16 for the extra comfort of sitting, but it is all up to you. In larger crowds, someone is always up dancing!
QCan we stay in the Bongo Bus or do we have to be dropped off some where?
A Yes, you can stay inside the Bongo Bus the whole time if you choose that option in your contract agreement, a lot of people do! There is plenty of room to dance, the aisles are over 3' wide and unless you are taller than 6'3" you should not have any problems with head room. If you don't have a dance partner, there is always the dance pole!
QDo we need to tip the driver?
A It is encouraged especially if he/she did a great job, but that is all up to you!!
QDo I have to be 21 to ride on the Bongo Bus?
A Absolutely not! But you do have to be 21 to drink alcohol on the Bongo Bus. We are family friendly and would love to take your family to their outing, family reunion, or birthday party in style!!
QCan I bring my own music? Do you have Karaoke?
A Absolutely!! iPOD, iPhone, Mp3! We do not have karaoke machines, but we do have wireless mic's on some of the buses, let us know if that is important to your event so you can be booked on a mic'd bus!
QCan I bring my own alcohol?
A The Bongo Party Bus is BYOB. There will be no beer bottles on the bus. Please buy cans or plastic bottles. We will provide the cooler and the ice.
QDo the Bongo Buses have AC?
A There are factory AC's on all of our buses...HOWEVER...We do live in Texas and they may not cool as much as a luxury coach AC. Take into factor the number of people on the bus and time of day. The majority of our BongoManiacs enjoy the ride and even choose to drop the Windows! Please keep this in mind when choosing a Bongo Party Bus for your activity or event!
Other Facts:
We want to ensure everyone has a great time while riding on the Bongo Party Bus, therefore there will be no tolerance to aggressive or violent behavior. If any of these rules are violated by you or your guests it will be cause for immediate removal from the bus with NO REFUND!!
Deposit
We require a non-refundable deposit to hold your reservation.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel 8 to 14 days from your event date, you will be responsible for 50% of the total amount. If you cancel within 7 days or less from your event date you are responsible for 100% of the total amount. Your deposit will apply to the total amount. The driver has the right to terminate service for any form of physical or verbal abuse without refund.
Time
For all reserved events the time starts when the vehicle reaches the specified pick-up location and ends when the last passenger is dropped off. If your event exceeds the agreed time, the client may be charged the agreed upon hourly rate per hour that your event exceeds.
Drinking Policy
Lovera Inc is not responsible for any alcohol or illegal substances on the vehicle. Any occupants who choose to consume alcohol MUST be 21 years of age or over. It is the CLIENTS RESPONSIBILTY to ensure no underage drinking or illegal activity is occurring on the vehicle. Lovera Inc staff will do its best to ensure that no minors will be drinking and that illegal substances are not on the bus. Any infractions on this policy could result in the termination of service with NO REFUND.
Damages
Client accepts full responsibility for vehicle damage. Examples: Damages caused by smoking, burns, vomiting, scratches, broken glass, stains, tears, rips, or any externality that was not apparent on the vehicle before the pick-up. Any infraction authorizes Bongo Bus to charge the credit card on file for all the expenses incurred: regardless of any prior understanding or agreements.
Furthermore, if the credit card file is unable to be charged for any reason, the client agrees to pay for damages within seven days from the infraction date. Client is also responsible for any collection expenses and/or attorney fees or cost that result from the Bongo Party Bus collection efforts. All damages are at the sole discretion of the driver.
Common Sense Tips for a Safe and Most FUN Outing
PLEASE MAKE IT CLEAR TO YOUR PARTY BEFORE THE TRIP THAT THERE WILL BE:
ABSOLUTELY NO STANDING OR SITTING ON THE BACKRESTS. Repair costs for this will be the client’s responsibility and very expensive!!
For safety reasons, NO SWINGING FROM THE HANDRAILS. These are to help you stand while in motion; or upon take off or stopping.
NO throwing of ANYTHING out of windows. NO PUNCHING WINDOWS!!
ABSOLUTELY NO OPENING OF EMERGENCY EXITS OR DOORS!Violation will be subject to immediate removal of everyone from the bus with NO REFUND!
You are in charge of the noise level on the bus. Driver is there to take you to your destination in a safe manner. You are responsible for any fine incurred and we will take it out of the credit card on file or bill you if not enough of a credit limit available and to be paid within 7 days.
Lovera Inc is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. We always return what we find!
Lovera Inc WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES.
The purchaser on this contract is responsible for each of his or her guests and all of their actions.
Cleaning
If a passenger gets sick in the bus, there will be a $100.00 per occurrence, clean-up fee charged to the client. Vehicle must be left in the same condition as you began. All trash must be disposed of properly. Any fluids of any sort must be cleaned immediately. If these requirements are not met a minimum of $50.00 clean up fee may be charged.
Weather and Mechanical Issues
Lovera Inc is not responsible for any delays caused by weather, traffic conditions, mechanical problems, automobile accidents caused by others, or any other acts of God. Lovera Inc reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value in the event of mechanical difficulties or scheduling reasons. Rarely, in order to make sure your service request can be met, we request subcontractors to complete the booking. Lovera Inc will assume no liability for any problems that may occur inside or outside the subcontracted vehicle. Lovera Inc will not be responsible for the air conditioning not meeting any personal expectation.
